-1- maldivian fresh chilled yellow fin tuna whole fish and chilled yellowfin tuna vacuum packed loins.

-2- fresh & frozen skipjack tuna

We are seeking inquiries from buyers in all countries zone category - our zone category is fao51

Catch processing. Fishing boats dock at our jetty and the fish is unloaded weighed, graded and processed immediately. We only process tuna loins and h&g or g&g whole fish.

The loins are vacuum sealed in polythene bags, weighed labeled and packed in polystyrene boxes (19 x 17 x 15inches) with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 30kg per box.

The whole fish average upwards of 25kg and are processed and wrapped in a foam like material and packed in cardboard boxes (61 x 18 x 14inches) with gel ice. The gross weight of these is around 115kg per box.

The fish is taken by boat to the nearby airport for dispatch.

Our processing plant is registered with the european union (eu registration number. Mdv 007). The facility maintains stringent requirements set by european union directive complying with the eu's preventive hazard analysis and critical control point (haccp)based regulations/standards.

The plant is actively pursuing quality accreditation with the following organizations with the objective of being compliant with iso 9000

Skipjack tuna
Clean and green supply frozen skipjack tuna in commercial quantities upwards of 1000 ton per month.

We can supply fresh skipjack tuna in commercial quantities upwards of up to 100 ton per day.
